Through Heather’s hi desert branch of Sacred Woman Collective, we design and lead private and corporate retreats for groups that prioritize wellbeing, presence, and authentic human connection.
These aren’t your typical off-sites - they’re soulful, grounding experiences that help teams recharge, realign, and return to work more connected, creative, and inspired.
Each retreat is custom-designed and can include elements like breathwork, meditation, sound healing, workshops, nature-based ceremonies, movement, and sacred circles with intentional conversation.
Perfect for teams seeking mindful leadership, meaningful culture, or a reset from the hustle.
We can host up to eight women on property in charming glamping bell tents or for larger groups we can provide a list of local accomodations. Our beautifully furnished tents are fitted with wooden cots, memory foam mattress toppers, organic linens, and cozy shearling rugs.

Her skills later transitioned to the aviation industry, where she served as a private flight attendant for esteemed guests, including Prince and Creedence Clearwater Revival. This diverse background showcases her exceptional dedication to providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for her clients. -

Erin Telford is a Breathwork facilitator and teacher trainer, conscious business mentor, and intuitive guide.
She began her career 15 years ago as an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist but transitioned to Breathwork when she saw how quickly it accelerated the healing of our core wounds and patterns. She supports people in connecting to their intuition and innate wisdom so that they can find the answers that already exist within themselves and in expanding their consciousness through growth, healing, and personal evolution. -
